Indirect restorations that conserve tooth structure
Zirconia inlays and onlays made to the cavity prepared by the dentist, rebuilding cusps with a metal-free material.
Porcelain veneers

Veneers made from the smile design and models supplied by the dentist, with control over shape, shade and thickness.
Full-contour zirconia
Monolithic zirconia teeth with no porcelain layer
Restorations made entirely of zirconia with no porcelain layering on the outside; the full shape is designed and milled with CAD/CAM.

A premium metal-free restoration built from two layers: a zirconia framework inside and an aesthetic porcelain layer outside.
Workflow
CAD/CAM fabrication workflow
From the dentist's data to a finished restoration: six digital steps, with a check-back to the dentist whenever the design needs adjusting.
Step 01
ScanData intake
We receive the impression or intraoral scan, the opposing-arch model, the shade and the dentist's requirements.
Step 02
CADDesign
Anatomy, contact points, occlusion and margins are built in the software, with a check-back to the dentist when changes are needed.
Step 03
CAMToolpath planning
The design becomes a milling program; the blank is chosen and the restoration is positioned on the disc.
Step 04
MillMilling
Mill machines cut the framework or the full restoration from a zirconia blank according to the design data.
Step 05
SinterStaining and sintering
The restoration is stained, then sintered with the programme that matches the material.
Step 06
FinishFinishing and inspection
Adjustment, layering and glaze when the design calls for them; fit, contacts and shade are checked before delivery.

Restorations can be fabricated from HD PLUS blanks. Every box carries a lot label (REF, LOT, manufacture date, use-by date) and a QR warranty card for verification.
