Doan Huy Dental Plus introduces the HD PLUS Ceramic Block — zirconia CAD/CAM blanks — in new packaging labelled "Premium Dental CAD/CAM Material".
The DH5103 set has six components
- Storage box, 12 × 12 × 4 cm, with tick boxes for shade (A1, A2, A3), thickness (14, 16, 18 mm) and type.
- Disc face — a zirconia disc 98 mm in diameter.
- Warranty card, 8.6 × 5.4 cm, with a card number and a QR code.
- Inner label, 8 × 5 cm: REF, LOT, sizes, date of manufacture, use-by date and scaling factor.
- Edge sticker, 4 × 0.7 cm.
- Instructions for use, 11 × 11 cm.
Highlights
- 43% translucency and flexural strength ≥ 1200 MPa are stated on the packaging.
- The packaging states CFS (Certificate of Free Sale) and ISO 13485:2016.
- The QR warranty card lets you check authenticity and activate the warranty online.
From plant to laboratory
Blanks are manufactured at the plant in Xuan Thoi Son, Ho Chi Minh City. Each lot has a LOT and REF for traceability. When a box is sold, the accompanying warranty card is issued linked to the lot and the order; the laboratory or clinic activates it when placing the restoration for the patient.
